John’s focus is new and existing commercial building energy analysis, high performance building training and education, and analyzing building energy performance. John is also developing performance monitoring and data analysis strategies on the Southface Eco Office, a LEED Platinum commercial demonstration building in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Southface, John spent five years working on energy performance modeling and energy auditing for commercial and industrial clients. Supporting these efforts, he developed web-based software to streamline building audits and energy analysis, energy performance monitoring, and incorporating energy usage into regular business operations.
John holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and lives with his wife and three boys in Chamblee.

AGL Resources is the parent company of Atlanta Gas Light, Chattanooga Gas, Elkton Gas, Elizabeth Town Gas, Florida City Gas, and Virginia Natural Gas. AGL Energy Services is a program under AGLR that manages the UESC projects for the LDC’s.

As program manager for AGL Energy Services, Kathy leads the effort to create business partnerships to support customers in their journey to reduce their use of natural resources, demonstrate social stewardship, and improve their environment. She also assists the Director in the development and execution of short and long-term business plans and accurate forecasts for financial objectives.
Kathy has over 20 years in the performance contracting and energy conservation market, managing teams through the development of large, complex, or strategic regional projects from inception through close.
